Binding provides protection and a superior finish to documents, converting them into a book for easy storage and reading. We have a range of binding styles available, with each one having advantages for certain applications.
Spiral – Simple colour coil binding that allows the document to lay flat on the table.
Plastic comb – The most popular style with home/office binding machines, that allows pages to be removed or inserted for editing purposes, also lays flat on the table.
Fastback Tape – Our quickest binding style, which uses a cloth tape strip with glue backing that wraps around the spine of the document – no hole punching or stapling required! Please note it is not possible to edit documents bound in this style once produced.
Saddle Stitching – A simple finishing option that folds printed pages in half and staples them into a simple brochure style booklet. This operation is performed by the digital press while printing the document, and has some limitations on document thickness.
