This Oxford Mathematics Teacher's Resource Book Grade 4 is part of the new reformed mathematics program designed and written for use in Grade 4 classes in Community and Primary schools throughout Papua New Guinea. The core materials consist of two Pupil books called Grade 4 Mathematics Pupil Book 4A and Grade 4 Mathematics Pupil Book 4B. They are accompanied by the Grade 4 Mathematics Teacher's Resource Book. They replace the MACS series now in use.
Always allow your Teacher's Resources to use real objects during their mathematics lessons if they want to. Teach the concepts in the context of real-life situations as this leads to an appreciation of the everyday use of mathematics skills and knowledge.
