Delivery Information

It is our goal to ensure your experience exceeds expectations with the delivery and pickup services. The Freight or Delivery service is based on customer type and order spend, depending on this, you will be opted to submit your order as a quote or you may complete your order payment process. If you are required to submit a quote, our sales team will calculate the delivery/freight cost and provide an updated quote. You will then be able to either accept the quotation by turning the quote into an order online and proceeding to the payment page, or you may change your shopping cart to resubmit or simply leave the quote.

All general customers will be required to submit a quote for any deliveries.


Click and Collect - Pickup

  • All customers can request to pick up their order at any of our stores in Port Moresby, Lae or Mt Hagen at no additional charge.
Please note: Mt Hagen may have different pricing, and your order may be subject to change.


Delivery Timeframes

When you place your order before 3 pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) you will receive your order for ‘standard in-stock products’:

  • Within 1 - 3 business days for Port Moresby, Lae or Mt Hagen Customers
  • Within 2 - 7 business days for other customers


In addition please note the following timeframes;

  • For products classed as ‘dangerous goods’ please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery due to specialised handling and delivery requirements
  • For special orders, please seek specific information from our customers' sales representatives

Please note: occasionally the delivery timeframe for some products may be longer than stated above.

 

Delivery charges

For Theodist Account Customers

  • Delivery is free for orders within Port Moresby, Lae or Mt Hagen areas, orders must be over K500 excluding GST.
  • Under the K500, delivery is charged at an amount to be determined depending on delivery location and order size (weight or dimensions). Upon checking out, you will be requested to submit your order as a quote, this will be amended by a sales team member with a freight/delivery charge and sent to you for confirmation. You can either approve or change your cart to suit.

For regular customers
  • Delivery is charged at an amount to be determined depending on delivery location and order size (weight or dimensions). Upon checking out, you will be requested to submit your order as a quote, this will be amended by a sales team member with a freight/delivery charge and sent to you for confirmation. You can either approve or change your cart to suit.

Freight and handling and pallet charges may be applied to large bulky products, hazardous goods, furniture products and items ordered by Theodist, especially for you.
