Arts Student Book Grade 4 is part of a series of Arts teaching resources for Lower Primary.
This student book contains simplified versions of the stories and activities in the teacher resource book. They can be used as they are for classes that have a mix of cultural backgrounds. The Arts stories, songs, dances, dramas and art and craft activities are designed to strengthen the students' appreciation and understanding of PNG's rich cultural heritage while developing creativity and expressive artistic skills. The activities will also help develop both vernacular and English literacy skills.
An audio CD containing all the songs is provided with the accompanying teacher resource book, so teachers are able to learn the songs or play the songs to their class if they wish.
